We are Benjamin, Vincence and Rob - brother, sister and father. In Saveur Vivre, we bring together our love for wine, for nature, and for each other. This project grew out of our search for authenticity and our desire to rediscover the purity of flavours and aromas.

"Natural wine" is hot: the market is overflowing with options, and the demand is almost impossible to keep up with. And yet, for many, it remains a vague concept. Unfortunately, our growers are noticing that their authentic wines are being overshadowed by a broader and often less pure range of products. That's something we want to change.

Enter Saveur Vivre! We want to give these winemakers the stage they deserve and, in doing so, put true natural wines back on the map—wines to which nothing is added, because everything is already there. Nowhere is life taken away; hence our preference for the more fitting term 'vin vivant'.

About Saveur Vivre

With Saveur Vivre, we give a platform to winemakers who, through hard and precise work, craft authentic vins vivants. These are wines in which the vibrant life of the vineyard is transformed into the lively aromas and colours we perceive in our glass. The essential condition is that no artificial interventions take place—neither in the vineyard nor in the cellar—that would limit, correct, or strip the wine of any part of its living character. This includes the use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, added yeasts, added sugars, temperature control, and added sulfites.

To give you, as a consumer, what you are entitled to, we present our wines in a transparent way. Only then, can we make sure you enjoy 100% of your wine. Only then, we can truly speak of saveur-vivre. At the same time, we want to avoid our farmers being lumped into the broad mix of 'organic', 'biodynamic', and 'natural wines'—categories in which wines are not always being kept fully alive. Our winemakers deserve their own identity, in recognition of the care and craft they have poured into your delightful glass of vin vivant.
